How does my home/business become infested with bed bugs?

In most situations bed bugs are brought into your home/business. For example, bed bugs may attach themselves to luggage, furniture, clothing etc.

Can I solve my bed bug infestation on my own?

Solving your bed bug infestation should be left in the hands of a professional. It is recommended that you save a bed bug sample so we can make a proper identification for you.

What type of methods of bed bug control do you offer?
  1. Heat Remediation bed bug services
    ● The use of heat – most effective way to kill bed bugs.
  2. Traditional bed bug services
    ● The use of spray liquids, dust, aerosols etc.

Please note, a successful bed bug treatment must be carefully designed and planned. Bed bugs are very difficult to control and the effectiveness of a bed bug service is an equal effort between a pest control professional and the customer.

Real Time Data Monitoring

Bedbugs thrive in environments with temperatures of 80-90 ̊ F. All stages of bedbugs including egg, larvae, pupae, and adults will be eliminated if exposed to temperatures above approximately 120 ̊ F. By using the heater to raise and sustain the temperature in the affected area to approximately 120 ̊ F or higher, bedbugs will be eliminated.

During the service, numerous wireless units are present in the room monitoring the temperature. The wireless data monitoring systems ensures all of the affected areas will raise and sustain to the correct temperatures for a predetermined period of time.

As part of Neal Pest Control, Inc’s. comprehensive plan we strongly recommend bed bug encasements in addition to our heat remediation and/or traditional services. Bed bug encasements are made specifically for mattresses and box springs. These encasements are placed on mattresses and box springs after the heat remediation services have been completed.
